Both lighters just arrived and are an incredible piece of kit. Solid and chunky, extremely well made, and working perfectly. Can't recommend highly enough !
First purchased 12 months ago and still like new. Just bought 2 more just in case I lose one!

This lighter has a few drawbacks, that if fixed, could really set it above the rest.

First, the good... Top frame and small base plate attached to the tank instead of a shell covering everything. This gives the torch a very stout form and rigid feel. My prediction is this lighter could hold up under moderate use as daily driver for 4-6 months if taken care of. With only occssional use, several years. The exposed semi-transparent tank also makes it easy to see the fluid level. The dial in the base has a large adjustment range making it easy to incrementally adjust the flame as the fluid depletes. If you know how to set a torch flame and the lighter has no defects, it should fire on the first click 99% of the time.

The drawbacks... A compact four flame lighter is going to get hot fast and the way the metal frame of this torch is set up the heat travels very quickly to the ignition slide. I'm talkin blister hot. It was designed to light and release, not prolonged burns. The trigger slide would greatly benefit from a heat resistant silicon cover. For those of us who don't like a flip cap it can be removed in seconds by removing the plastic shroud (no screws) and popping out it's pin and tensioner. I think mine got the trigger hotter more quickly after I did this because the metal flip cap acted as a heat sink. The flames are uneven but I think that can be fixed by blowing out whatever dust/debris collected there during manufacturing.

The ergonomics are superb, reliable ignition, looks good, feels substantial, holds a large amount of fluid for it's size, and appears to be well built. I'd call that a home run for a $10 lighter.

Do not keep it lit for prolonged periods or it will deteriorate quickly along with burning your thumb and possible dangerous tank failure/bursting.

I've had this lighter since January 8th of 2020 and used it almost exclusively since that time. It's survived falls spills and the odd pavement ride. It's burned every type of butane I've thrown at it and nary a hiccup until this week. Most torch lighters simply need the gas adjusted past the factory setting when taking on elevation. Not this one work for me right out of the box. No fiddling to meddling just fire. Unfortunately, like most of these torch lighters the week point is the piezo. After so many strikes they get stiff or flat out will not strike. As I write this I am translating a new piezo out of an old ronson torch I don't use just to get more life out of this fantastic lighter. I hope the qc is on point because it would be a shame to get the best damn lighter I've ever used as a fluke!

4-Torch Lighter Heats Up Quickly whether lighting a fire for a grill or lighting your Havana Cigars. I like that it has a Cigar Punch/Stopper on it. It is made of good quality I have used several before and some after heated for 20 seconds the outer and in some cases in the inner parts will begin to deteriorate/Dismantle and melt.

Great lighter I smoke cigars I have a few of these great lighter
